Prelude
Just when I thought I was out...
...They pull me back in! When I pictured retirement, I did not imagine spending time and energy continuing to write, research and pontificate. But here we are, on the brink of the collapse of our Democracy at the hands of self-proclaimed "Christians" and this Retired Rev. couldn't sit idly by. I started by doing what most Boomers who are feeling frustrated do- I memed about it relentlessly on facebook. Well, as my daughter pointed out, my Doctorate in Ministry shouldn't be collecting dust; it is time to brush it off and get back to the pulpit.
